pub444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of pub444 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pub444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pub444 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pub444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub444 login credentials, including your username and password. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. pub444 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your pub444 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pub444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed by pub444 subject to the following conditions:

• Your pub444 account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

• pub444 targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider systems.

pub444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. pub444 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law.

pub444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are credited to your pub444 account for wagering purposes only and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. pub444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. pub444 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus abuse, or violated the terms of any promotion. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

All bets placed on the pub444 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within each game or betting section of the pub444 platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

pub444 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, and bets placed in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's pub444 account.

pub444 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. The RNG is independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Results of all games are final once confirmed by the pub444 system.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the pub444 platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to pub444 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or other forms of sports betting fraud.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your pub444 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pub444 staff or other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pub444 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the pub444 platform without the prior written consent of pub444.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pub444 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if pub444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pub444 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pub444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond pub444's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.

pub444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pub444 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Determination that a player is ineligible to use the pub444 platform (e.g., underage, self-excluded, or located in a restricted jurisdiction).
• Any other reason that pub444 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon account closure, pub444 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

Players may also voluntarily close their pub444 account at any time by contacting pub444 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
